In Studio party info and refund policy
All parties are subject to payment at the time of the booking to confirm your date is held for the minimum number of guests. 1 week prior to the date of the party your full payment is due for all attendees, so we insure we have adequate staff. There are no refunds on party bookings.
We do not reschedule/move private parties. If you cancel you will need to re-book, and your deposit will be lost, as we held that spot and turned away other bookings.
In the case of studio closure due to severe weather, you will be given the next available open date in our party schedule, that works for you, and your deposit will be moved to that date.
Additional Party Details
You may arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled party to put up basic decorations, food, cake and beverage. We do not provide Plates, utensils or napkins. You have use of the party room for a full 2 hours with 15 min prior to set up and 15 prior to remove all of your personal items. We will clean the room for you. No confetti is allowed in our party space.
Our events are drop off only with a maximum of 2 supervising adults for every 10 kids. If you want other adults to attend they will need to be counted as guests as we have limited seating in our studio.
The first hour and a half is for painting instructions. The last 30 minutes is for food and cake.
